Forget about the jelly, it isn't hard to clear. You need to concentrate on removing the Evil Spawner in the middle of the board. The sooner you can remove that, the easier it will be to complete level 1350.
The spawner needs to be hit at least 5 times, more if you can't hit it in sequence.
You will have the first two moves before it begins to spawn cream blockers, so try to make a stripe or wrap and hit it before it does.
Each time you hit the spawner with a stripe or wrap it will slow it down for a move or two which gives you a chance to hit it again.
If you don't manage to hit the spawner it will start to spit out the cream and it will cover any special candies you have within range, which can be very annoying to say the least!
Look at the board carefully before every move because you really need to be getting stripes and wraps into position to hit the spawner all the time. But don't leave them close to it if you can't use them straight away, make matches down low to allow your specials to fall out of reach and maybe you can use them later.
Once the spawner is gone it's fairly simple to remove the remaining jelly.
You can hit the spawner with a hammer if you have no option, but you may have to use a few to get rid of it altogether.

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 1072 Candy Crush Saga without boosters.
Level 1072 has only 15 moves to collect 20 red candies which are hidden in the lucky candies around the board.
You must make every move count to have any chance of collecting all the red candies.
Concentrate on making special candies, stripes, wraps and especially colour bombs. This is the only way you will clear this level.
Don't waste moves matching red candies, leave it to the combos to do that for you.
You will still need a bit of luck with the cascades, which will hopefully change some lucky candies and collect some reds without you having to use moves.
In a couple of games I played I found I didn't have enough red candies at the end and I suspect it was because I switched a colour bomb with a stripe and it turned a lucky candy into a stripe, but not sure as I wasn't able to test it again.

Level 1044 now needs 6 colour bombs to pass the level instead of the original 5.
Right from the start you should be trying to make the colour bombs, don't waste moves trying to unlock the two provided, they will be unlocked as you work on making more.
You should try to work close to the bottom of the board to get cascades going as these will cause other special candies to be made and sometimes colour bombs.
Wrapped candies are best for starting cascades and if you can switch a wrapped candy with a colour bomb better still as this will further reduce the number of colours and make colour bombs more likely.

Candy Crush Saga Level 1352

Use a stripe or colour bomb to release the bomb so it can fall into the playing area and be removed.
Then you need to carefully make stripes or a stripe/wrap combo and let them move into position on the conveyor to clear the cream blockers below the fruit.
Once the ingredient falls match under the bottom right of the board to allow it into the board and it will go down the conveyor and off the board.
The biggest problem is the lack of moves so make every one count.
Easy ways to pass level 1352 are with boosters, either using lollipop hammers to unlock the bomb and clear the cream, or use a coconut wheel to clear them all in one go.

You have to collect 15 stripes, 6 wraps and 3 colour bombs on a very small board with only 18 moves!
Sounds impossible, but it isn't so bad as you have plenty of lucky candies on the board which will turn into the things you need, plus only 4 colours, so making special candies shouldn't be too hard.
Look carefully at the start as you need to unlock and remove the bombs before they count down, wraps are good for this job as they will unlock and remove with one move.
The colour bombs and stripes are not too much of a problem, you can switch then together to get the stripes you need, but the wraps are usually the most difficult to make so look carefully to see if you can make a wrap before every move.
If you can get a cascade going using wraps you are likely to get them forming on their own without having to use your scarce moves.
You can try using a lucky candy booster if you are having trouble, but with so few moves it is unlikely you'll get more than one.

The keys will unlock colour bombs, but you needn't worry about those too much, what you need to do is clear the Evil Spawners in the middle of the board as that will prevent your ingredients from getting to the exits. Keep hitting them until they are gone, the quicker the better.
If you can work on the left side of the board the ingredients will fall that side and will be easier to get down. You can either switch them over onto the conveyor, of let them fall to the bottom and be carried up. The important thing is not to let the ingredients go past the columns with the exits.
The second ingredient will fall after the first one is off the board, so make your moves below the dispenser on the left to make sure it comes out that side.
If you want to use boosters the coconut wheel will help clear the spawners and you can use hand switches to move the ingredients over to the conveyor.

You can either move the fruit into the middle to the exit, or clear the cake bombs.
Clearing the cakes will clear everything in the path of the ingredients and allow them to fall into the exits. If you can grow the popcorns together into colour bombs, switch them together, which will clear some of the cakes and help grow the other popcorns.
Take care that the fruit doesn't slip into a column without an exit, if this happens you'll have to move it back.

The first 4 ingredients will drop in the first few moves and you should make vertical matches under them to prevent them from slipping sideways into the outside column which has no exit. If the ingredients get stuck there you'll have to switch them back or use a hand switch.
Once the first of the ingredients is off the board the next will fall so again make a vertical move in one of the columns which has an exit.
Keep the bombs under control, but try to make as many combos as you can and allow them to fall to the bottom where they'll clear the blockers.
You need to concentrate quite a bit on level 1358 Candy Crush Saga to get the ingredients where you want them.

Candy Crush Saga Level 1364

Forget about the keys, they will be collected as you make matches.
Look for colour bombs and sideways stripes.
There are a couple of ways to clear level 1364, one is to switch 2 colour bombs together at least twice, but you will still need to make stripes and stripe/wrap combos while you are working on making the colour bombs.
Make one colour bomb and let it fall to the bottom so you can make another above it and get them together.
A colour bomb switched with a stripe, while easy to make and tempting to use, does little to clear the blockers as I found whenever I used that combo the majority of the stripes went downwards and didn't touch the blockers.
Also the colour bomb/stripe combo will turn any fish the same colour as the stripe into stripes, which will rarely fire downwards so will be wasted.
The second way is to keep making stripe/wrap combos. But you will need quite a lot of these to clear the thick blockers in the middle of the columns.
You could try using a fish booster if you are having trouble with level 1364 and this should clear out some of the jelly from under the blockers.
Level 1364 is a very hard level to complete however you play it.

The first priority is the bomb in the middle of the licorice. You only have 6 moves to clear it so you can't afford to leave it for even one move, unless that one move makes a colour bomb next to the same colour as the bomb.
Once the bomb is dealt with you need a bit of luck with the mystery candies, if they give you nothing but chocolate and blockers you have little chance of clearing all the jelly.
You need the mystery candies to give you good things like colour bombs and other special candies to give you any chance of passing.
Make combos whenever possible, matches of 3 won't be enough to clear level 1370.

The jellies are under the cake bombs and also under the cream at the top.
Obviously you need to clear the cake bombs, which will take off the cream and one layer of jelly from the top square, but you will still need to remove the last layer of jelly yourself.
To do this you will need to make a stripe/wrap combo next to the middle of the board, see the video below.

You need to collect 15 stripes to complete level 1357.
Forget about the stripes in the middle next to the Evil Spawner, they are just a distraction. Make your stripes, there are only 15 needed so you should be able to do it within the moves provided.
You can always switch a colour bomb and stripe together if you are struggling to make enough stripes, however this will not give many points.

Make the first 2 moves in the middle of the board as the fruit falls then and you want it to fall in the three middle columns where the exits are.
Once the fruit is on the board start making stripes and stripe/wrap combos, drop them down to the bottom part of the board and use them to clear the marmalade and cream blockers on the right side of the board over the exits.
Once the blockers are cleared either make a match under the fruit to get them out of the exit or use a stripe or stripe/wrap combo at the bottom of the left half of the board.

The ingredients fall out of the dispensers every other move starting on move 38, providing you make a move below them to allow the ingredients to fall.
Because of this you can get the ingredients to fall down in the right side of the board, which is the easiest way to get them to the exits, by only making moves on the right side of the board when an ingredient is due to fall.
If the ingredients fall down on the left side of the board it needs a lot of moves to get them to the exit.
When one ingredient falls you can make the next move on the left side if you want, then go back to the right. Continue in this way until all the ingredients are on the board. 
Once the ingredients are on the board get them on the conveyor and let them move up to the exit.
It's important that you have a move ready once the ingredients get over the exit, or the small inner conveyor, as you must not allow them to get past the exit.
Once the ingredients are moving up the right conveyor be very careful that you don't make too many moves that will drop them down again.

There is no need to clear the Evil spawners at the bottom of the board, they are annoying, but won't prevent you from getting the fruit down.
The first fruit falls on move 26 and the second on 21. The third fruit appears once the first is off the board and the forth when you have collected the second, so you need to get the first two off the board as soon as possible.

This can be a very frustrating level.  
You will need loads of combos to clear level 1361..  
It's pretty straight forward to clear all the jelly but all the blockers have jelly underneath them so those will be the biggest issue.  
Start from the very first move looking for stripe / wrap and chocolate bomb combo opportunities.  To give you an idea of how many combos I needed to pass: I needed 2 double chocolate bomb combos, 2 stripe/wrap combos,  several single stripe and wrap moves, TONS of 3 candy moves and a couple decent cascades to clear it.  The sides are the most difficult to clear so focus on them more than the center but never stop looking for big combos because you will need them.   
Go slow, study the board and you will end up getting it.

  You don't need to kill the evil spawner to clear level 1362.   If you concentrate too much on it you miss other moves that can help you drop the 2 ingredients quicker when the wall breaks.  
The keys drop when the move marker is at 26, 22, and 18.  Work on keeping the blockers some what at bay but once the keys unlock the second to the last row you have 17 moves left to remove the blockers which is not too difficult.   While you wait for all the keys to drop, I found it more useful to create wraps and stripes for the wall of blockers rather than trying to hit the spawner.

The only tip for this one is to try and remove as many non blue candies as you can on the left side to make room for more blues to drop down.   
As long as you open all three keys, you will get credit for all the blues on the right, but since it does not refill,  there really is no big hurry to unlock them.  Just focus on combos to allow as many blues as possible to drop down and eventually you will get to 100.

The exits are at the top of the board under the marmalade covered candies.
All you need to do to get the ingredients out of the exits is clear the marmalade from the top row using stripes or stripe/wrap combos and the ingredients will find their way there as long as you keep clearing the way for them by removing candies from the top row.
Colour bomb/stripe combos are probably the best for clearing level 1366.
This is not a hard level and shouldn't give you too much trouble although there are not many moves to spare.

Getting started is the hardest part of level 1367, there are not many choices of move and you may get a few shuffles.
You need to make stripes and stripe/wrap combos to unlock the chocolate and also to grow the popcorn in the middle.
The chocolate will not cover the popcorn so don't worry about that, but it will cover the colour bomb if it gets a chance, so be careful when you finish growing the popcorn.
Once the board is opened up you can clear everything using any combo you can make.
