Although level 4254 Candy Crush Saga is not classified as a hard level it should be! You have to collect fish from the fishing floats to complete the level, which wouldn't be much of a problem if it weren't for the spawner and blockers preventing you from using the moves usefully.
I think you need at lease one double colourbomb combo to have a chance of passing this level and also plenty of stripe/wrap combos near the bottom to hit the 4 floats on the left.
The fish will target the cake and clear it fairly quickly but you will have to destroy the spawner as the fish have no effect on that and the quicker you destroy it the better as it sends out multi layer blockers.
Once the cake is gone there will be stripes dropping from the dispensers which will help to get fish by hitting the floats on the left. But it is always better to use combos to hit the floats as well as the stripes as this gives loads more boosters.

Level 4255 is an ingredients level, you have to collect one cherry to complete the level.
All you really have to do is to collect the keys and the cherry will drop down out of the exit without you having to do anything else.
The first key is in the middle part of the board and the rest are along the bottom of the board and will be unlocked one by one as you collect them.
There is no need to clear the blockers or the candy curls to complete the level, the only thing you should concentrate on is collecting the keys.

Level 4256 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you are not going to find it easy to complete, even with boosters.
As with all jelly levels the more combos you can make the more chance you have of completing it. A double colourbomb combo near the start of the level will clear the licorice and make a big difference to the outcome. 
As the board begins to clear it gets easier to make the combos needed, so the sooner you can clear some of the blockers in the middle the sooner you can start to make the combos you need.
Any colourbomb combo will be useful and you will need more than one to make any inroads on the jelly. Stripe/wrap combos will also be useful, but you will need quite a few of these also. 
As with all jelly levels it is just a matter of blasting away with as many combos as you can make.

Level 4257 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to clear all the waffles as well as the jelly to complete the level.
This is a level that needs some luck but it is possible to complete without boosters.
To begin with you need to collect the keys as quickly as possible to unlock the waffles so they can be collected.
You will not complete this level using matches of three so you are going to need plenty of combos to have any chance of clearing the level.
There is a dispenser at the top of the board which will give you stripes and wraps and usually they will drop together as combos. These combos can be used to help clear the waffles and jelly.
There are also dispensers at the two top corners which give stripes and these can also be used to help clear the outer columns.
It is important that you look for special candies and combos with every move and if you can't make anything useful make a move in the middle column to bring down the combos from the dispenser.

As usual with jelly levels the best way to clear this level is to blast away with the most powerful combos you can make.

Level 4258 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you need to collect one ingredient and clear the jelly to complete the level.
Passing this level relies almost totally on luck, especially at the start. The only move available to to switch the colourbomb with the yellow wrap which sets off the other colourbombs and wraps. You are then left with a partly cleared board but many candy curls preventing you from making good moves.
To clear the jelly and collect the cherry the candy curls need to be cleared but you will have very few choices of moves. You need to try to make combos to fire through the candy curls but this can be tricky and this is where you need the luck.
Stripe/wrap combos are good and are the easiest combos to make, although not easy.
There is no real strategy to passing level 4258, it basically relies on luck.

Level 4259 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level.
You don't need to worry too much about collecting the ingredients, as long as you clear the jelly you should collect the ingredients at the same time. There are plenty of exits at the bottom of the board so it is unlikely that the ingredients don't find one as you play.
The main obstacle to passing the level is the chocolate down the middle of the board, but with a bit of luck the wraps from the UFO will clear most of it.
Your first move will be either to move the UFO or, if two wraps fall together, switch the two wraps. This will set off the UFO and clear a lot of the chocolate. It may also bring down a couple of the ingredients.
Once the first move is completed you can look at how much jelly you have left and work on clearing that and at the same time the remaining cherries should make their way to the exits.
There is no need to clear all the candy curls as you can use colourbombs to clear the jelly and they are not too hard to make.

Level 4260 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect yellow candies to complete the level. The yellows will be provided by the lucky candies which drop down through the portals on each side ot the board.
To begin with try to clear as much of the chocolate as you can, this will allow the lucky candies to drop through and onto the board where they will be easier to collect.
Stripe/wrap combos are fairly easy to make and will usually be enough to collect the yellow candies if you make enough of them.
There is some licorice dropping from the dispensers as well as lucky candies, but it shouldn't cause too much of a problem if you keep making the combos.

Level 4261 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect the two nuts to complete the level.
The exits are in the bottom left section of the board so the ingredients have to tave there to get to them.
You need to release the nuts from the candy curls and then basically clear the board of all blockers and chocolate so that they can move around to the exits.
The candies in the right side will move through the portals into the left side so making matches top left will create cascades which will help to clear the blockers. You need stripes or wraps to unlock the locked licorice but otherwise any combos will help.
Although you can treat the left side as the "bottom" of the board make sure you look at the right side before each move as this is where you will most likely be able to make colourbombs and colourbomb combos.
Once the nuts are free you should make moves in the bottom left section or make combos elsewhere to clear that section of chocolate and the nuts will find their way to the exits.

Level 4263 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. It is a multi task level, you need to collect bombs and waffles as well as clear the jelly to complete the level.
There are just enough bombs and waffles on the board for the orders and no more will drop into play so you have to clear everything to pass.
You need to collect the keys to unlock the bottom part of the board and if you can do this without clearing any of the bombs from the middle diagonal row all the waffles will drop through onto the board where they are easier to clear. This isn't always possible so you just have to make the best of what you get.
As soon as you clear the first key the remaining ones will drop into the bottom section where they will be harder to clear, so if you are lucky and are able to clear more than one key at the same time time there will be more locks open and less keys to collect in the bottom half of the board.
You don't need to worry about the bombs counting down, they are just there to be collected.
Once the board is opened you need to look for colourbomb combos to clear the jelly and collect the orders.
This is not an easy level to complete even with boosters so you will need to think carefully about every move.

Level 4264 is a jelly level and can be fun to play once you get going.
First you need to clear the spawners on the top left of the board and at the same time look foe combos, especially wrapped candy combos as wraps are the best candies for blasting through blockers and destroying spawners.
Once you have collected the first few keys on the left you will be able to begin clearing the middle part of the board and it will be easier to make combos to fire into the spawners and also collect any remaining keys.
Once you begin to clear the board you will get plenty of cascades which will help clear the jelly. Look for colourbombs and switch them with stripes or wraps for the best effect.
As with all jelly level the more combos you can make the better chance you will have of clearing the jelly. Blast away with any combos you can make.

Level 4265 Candy Crush Saga is a multi task level, you have to collect waffles and chocolate and clear the jelly to complete the level.
Clear the blockers at the bottom of the board to let the candies drop through to the right side of the board and the blockers at the top to get the waffles dropping. Stripe/wrap combos will do this quickly.
Once you have candies in the right side you can begin working there and this will create cascades which will help to clear the jelly in the left side. Combos will unlock the locked blockers and chocolate. The chocolate isn't hard to collect as you don't need many.

Level 4266 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect 33 cherries to complete the level.
Forget about the cherries around the outside of the board, they will move around the conveyor to the exits as long as you don't clear any of the waffles moving behind them.
The only cherries you have to think about are the two on the board in the locked cells.
The priority is to collect the keys and unlock the cherries, but take care not to let the bombs count down. The game will go to the last move so you need to keep the bombs under control or you will lose the game.
Once the two cherries are unlocked you just need to get them to the exits and then wait for the rest of the cherries to get there.

Level 4267 is a jelly level, you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level.
The difficulty of this level is that most of the board has candy curls blocking your moves so these have to be cleared before you can get to all the jellies.
If you can make combos you will have a better chance of passing level 4267, in fact without at least some colourbomb combos you are unlikely to be able to complete the level.
Look down the sides for the colourbombs as this is where you will be able to make them.

Level 4268 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the two cherries and clear the jelly to complete the level.
The difficulty of this level is the shape of the board, it is very restricted but you need to make some special candies to have any chance of completing the level.
Wrapped candies are best for unlocking the locked licorice and a stripe/wrap combo will unlock both sides at the same time if you can make one.
This really should be classed as a hard level as it does need quite a bit of luck to complete it. The video below was made without boosters but the player was very lucky at the end to complete it.

Level 4269 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect the red and yellow candies and also clear all the waffles to complete the level.
There are stripe and wrap dispensers along the top of the board and these combos are key to passing this level. 
Keep making moves to bring down the combos and keep switching the combos to hit the popcorns and unlock the waffles. When the popcorns grow into colourbombs these can be used to collect the red and yellow candies, but if they get detonated you can collect the orders using the combos.
This isn't a hard level as long as you keep using the combos and when you are almost finished stop and look to see what will be needed to collect the final few waffles so that you don't lose simply by not playing carefully.

The secret to passing level 4270 are the fish from the fishing floats, you will need them if you are to have any chance of clearing the jelly and completing the level.
This is not classified as a hard level but it can be tricky and luck is helpful. 
The first thing to do is collect the keys, this will unlock the column of licorice so that they can be cleared and you can begin to hit the floats and clear the level.
Combos will deal with the chocolate fairly quickly so you shouldn't need to worry about it too much.
If you can make a colourbomnb combo you can clear some of the jelly in the left side as long as there are candies of the right colour there. A double colourbomb combo is best of all as it will clear a lot of the jelly and give you lots of fish to take care of the rest.

Level 4271 Candy Crush Saga is a multi task level, you have to collect bombs and chocolate as well as clear all the jelly to complete the level.
Start off making moves on the left side of the board to get the first key and collect that, this will unlock the first colourbomb on the right. Once you have unlocked the first colourbomb you can then decide whether to keep making moves on the left to collect ore of the orders, or use the colourbomb. As you make moves on the left more keys will be dropped and these will unlock more colourbombs.
You may not want too many colourbombs unlocked too early as they may be lost due to being detonated by cascades and they are useful to clear any bombs that are counting down too much. The best way to play this, I think, is to work both sides, don't make too many moves on one side without making moves on the other because the orders are on the left and the jelly is on the right and you need both.

Level 4272 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect the 6 ingredients to complete the level.
The ingredients have to drop down onto the conveyor and from there they will move along and up to the top conveyor. You need to get them from the top conveyor as they move over the gap in the candy canes and drop them to the exits at the bottom of the board.
First you need to unlock the ingredients and clear the candies and candy curls from below them so that they are able to drop down onto the conveyor. Stripe/wrap combos or colourbombs will unlock the candies, you can either make theses combos above the ingredients or drop them down the middle so the stripe/wrap combos will pass through the two sections where the ingredients are.
The hardest part of this level is clearing the candy curls from under the ingredients but once that is done it is fairly easy to get them down to the exits.
Make sure you have enough moves left once you have unlocked the ingredients, you need enough moves for the final ingredients to move along the first conveyor and along the second as well as to get them to the exits. You need at least 4 moves for the conveyors plus at least one combo to get them to the bottom, if you get down to the last few moves and the ingredients are stuck you may as well give up and start again.

Level 4273 Candy Crush Saga is a score level, you need to score as many points as possible in the moves available to complete the level. The minimum points needed could change and may be different from the score shown on the video below but the strategy is the same.
First you need to collect the keys and at the same time clear the blockers from one of the sections of the board. There is no need to clear all the blockers from both sections as long as you can keep making moves in one section, if you run out of moves in one section you will have to move to the other, but try to make moves that will leave another move if you can so you don't waste moves.
Once the keys are collected you need a colourbomb to use on the bombs that are unlocked, this is the only way you can hit the bombs and will give the best score. Using combos to hit the fishing float will give you fish which will target the bombs, but this will not give you enough points without colourbombs.
You don't need to worry about the bombs exploding, they are just there to give you points and not to make the level hard.

Level 4274 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level and like all jelly levels needs combos to clear it.
First you will have to break through the candy curls and at the same time look for chances to make colourbombs and other special candies in the middle part of the board. You need to clear the bombs before they count down and this can be tricky if you can't make some combos fairly quickly.
Once the candy curls and blockers are starting the clear it will be much easier to make the special candies and combos and you will also get cascades since there are only 4 colours on the board.
This is not a hard level to clear if you can keep the bombs under control, but once the first lot of bombs are cleared you can relax as you will have plenty of moves on any new bombs that drop.
