Level 4275 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a multi task level, you have to clear all the jelly as well as collect blockers and destroy the three spawners.
There are no blockers on the board to begin with so you will need to allow the spawners to put them on the board, the trouble with this is that they spread quickly and it is easy to run out of moves before you get anywhere.
First you need to collect the keys in as few moves as possible, they will drop one at a time as you make moves so try to keep them in the middle part of the board where they will be easier to collect. While you are collecting the keys the blockers will be filling up the board so you should look for wraps or stripes to keep them from completely taking over. 
Once you have unlocked the board you will be able to fire stripes and stripe/wrap combos into the bottom part of the board to clear some blockers and also to set off some of the UFO's. However you don't want to set off too many UFO's to begin with as you need a lot of blockers and the UFO's will destroy the spawners if you use too many. You need to keep at least one or two of the spawners until you have enough blockers on the board, then you can detonate the rest of the UFO's to clear the remaining blockers, spawners and jelly.

The hardest part of level 4275 is getting a good start before the blockers take over.

Level 4276 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level.
First you need to make vertical stripes to clear some of the blockers in the top half of the board so that you can begin to make moves there to clear the jelly and collect the ingredients. The two halves of the board are not connected so you need to use combos and work in both sections to complete the level.
One thing to be very careful of, you don't want to completely clear the blockers at the bottom corners of the board until you have almost cleared the jelly from the rest of the board. Once these two blockers are cleared the bombs that drop from the dispensers only have a 3 move countdown so if you unlock them too early you will spend all your time clearing them and won't be able to clear the rest of the jelly.

Level 4277 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect all the waffles and clear the jelly to complete the level.
To begin with you need to collect the keys and unlock the sides of the board where the waffles are, then you will be able to clear them using combos and the fish from the floats.
The fish from the floats are more inclined to clear the jelly than the waffles, but if there is a waffle on top of a jelly the fish will target it.
Once the keys are collected and the board unlocked it is fairly easy to make the combos needed to clear the jelly and waffles.

Level 4278 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nighmarishly hard level and I am not sure that this level is possible to pass without boosters.
This is a straightforward jelly level but the difficulty is clearing the chocolate and licorice to get to the jelly.
A double colourbomb combo may give you a good start to clearing the chocolate and licorice, otherwise you need to try to make other combos if you can.
As with all jelly levels you need combos to have any chance of passing.
A useful booster to use is the jelly fish booster, but if you have the spaceship or other booster builder it is a good idea to go to a lower level and get it filled up. However this is not guaranteed that you will pass. The jelly fish booster may help a little.
Hopefully this level will be made more doable in the future, but don't hold your breath.

Level 4279 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect chocolate and waffles to complete the level.
There is plenty of chocolate on the board so you shouldn't have any trouble collecting that, but the waffles are locked in the left side of the board so you need to collect the keys to unlock them before you can collect them.
You can use stripes or any combo to collect the keys and combos are the best way of collecting the waffles.
As long as the chocolate doesn't take over too much this is not a hard level to complete.

Level 4280 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect 4 ingredients to complete the level.
The priority to begin with is to clear the two yellow bombs on the right side of the board, they have to be cleared using a stripe or a wrap or a combination of the two as there are no other yellow candies to match them with.
Once the bombs are out of the way you can concentrate on collecting the nuts, they have to drop down to the conveyor at the bottom of the left side and from there they will travel along and up onto the conveyor on the right side. Once they are on the right conveyor they have to be dropped down to the exits at the bottom.
The nuts won't move directly from the top conveyor to the exit even if you hit them with a stripe, they have to be sitting on the portal before they can drop through. To get the nuts to the exit you need to clear the space below the candy canes at the bottom of the board.
While you are getting the nuts down on the left you should be clearing the blockers on the right so that the nuts are able to drop through the exits when they get there.

Level 4281 Candy Crush Saga is a multi task level, you need to collect the two popcorns and the blockers as well as clear the jelly.
The first job is to open up the board by clearing the marmalade and locked cells. If you look carefully at the board you should be able to make special candies using the candies under the marmalade and these chances shouldn't be missed.
Use the stripes at the sides of the board to help grow the popcorns and clear the marmalade and jelly.
There is no need to worry too much about the popcorns and blockers, there is jelly under the orders so if you clear the jelly you will collect the orders by default.
Once the board is opened up a bit you should be able to make some powerful combos to clear the board completely and collect the orders and jelly.

Level 4282 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect the cherries along the top of the board to complete the level.
To collect the cherries you need to unlock and remove the locked licorice , unlock the cherries and remove the candy curls holding them back. Once you have done all this they will drop out of the exits without any more help.
There is a row of stripes and wraps below the cherries which are there to help with clearing everything that is holding them back but you need to use them carefully so you don't run out of moves.
The hardest cherry to collect is usually the one on the far left because you will get keys dropping instead of wraps a lot of the time, so the stripe there needs to be hit with colourbombs to clear the blockers at that end. For this reason you should get that cherry cleared as soon as possible.
There is no need to collect the keys as there is no need to unlock the locked cells along the middle of the board to complete the level.
The best way to complete level 4182 is by using colourbombs, but you need to use them carefully. Only use colourbombs on stripes if it is to hit the stripe on the left, otherwise you should use them on wraps which will hit the stripes each side of them twice. Don't switch a colourbomb with a stripe, this may change some of the wraps into stripes and you don't really want that.

Level 4283 is a jelly level and as usual will need some powerful combos to clear it. The good thing is that there are some dispensers on the board that will give you stripes and wraps to help you clear the jelly once the board is opened up a bit.
The two yellow keys in the middle need clearing but the only way you can clear them is to use a double colourbomb combo or a double wrap combo as there are no yellows on the board to match them with and your combos will be blocked by the locked cells in the middle of the board. If you are not able to clear the keys you have to wait for the chocolate to eat them but this uses up quite a few moves, but this is the way the level works and it is possible to complete it after the chocolate has eaten the keys.
If you are unable to clear the keys you need to make as many special candies and combos as you can in the top of the board and try to save something to use to begin clearing the chocolate as soon as it is unlocked. There are two kinds of chocolate so it will spread very quickly if you are not ready for it.
Once the chocolate is unlocked you can treat the level as a normal jelly level and blast away with the best combos you can make, this will get rid of the chocolate as well as clear the jelly.
Use the dispensers whenever possible by making moves that allow the special candies to drop out. I managed to get two wraps together early in the game to clear the keys.

Level 4284 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect two ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level.
The ingredients start from the top right and move down through the portal to the bottom right, then up to the top left and the exit.
To get the ingredients to the exit all the blockers and the two popcorns have to be cleared and to help with this there are lots of stripes dropping from dispensers in the main sections of the board. You can't switch the stripes with each other because of the candy canes between them, but you can switch them with normal candies and with other special candies that you make yourself. The aim should be to get as many stripes dropping and detonating as you can. To do this first you need to clear the blockers in the top section so that the stripes can drop and also the bottom section, then the stripes will drop through into the bottom right of the main part of the board.
Use colourbombs, stripes or wraps to get the stripes detonating and keep them going. Don't worry about the chocolate, it will be cleared by the stripes. 
The popcorns can't be hit easily from the top right, so forget about them to begin with and as the blockers at the bottom left are cleared by stripes more vertical stripes will drop below the popcorns which will clear them as you play.
The first ingredient will find it's way to the exit as soon as the blockers are cleared but the second one needs to be collected by clearing the candies from the exit columns. The stripes bottom left will do this for you.

Level 4285 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so it may not be possible to pass it without boosters, I certainly haven't been able to do it so far.
You have to collect 50 waffles to complete the level and before you can collect any waffles you have to collect 5 keys to unlock them from the top right section of the board.
Once you collect the first key from the top right the chocolate will be released and needs clearing quickly, take care not to leave any special candies close to the chocolate when you unlock it or it will be eaten and lost.
The remaining keys drop from the dispenser in the bottom right section, so the blockers there have to be cleared to allow them to drop. Once all the keys are collected you need to make moves in the bottom right section which will bring down stripe/wrap combos if you are lucky, these will collect 12 waffles in one move, but it is doubtful that you can get enough of these combos to drop in the moves available so it is worth looking at the main part of the board to try to make colourbomb/stripe combos or double colourbomb combos to get as many waffles as possible with each move.
The video below by Johnny Crush is made using a colourbomb and stripe/wrap boosters plus one hand switch, this is the best video available at the time of writing.

Level 4286 is a jelly level and is harder than it looks to complete.
There are two tricky things to do to complete level 4286, the first is destroying the bombs and this is what will kill your game more than anything else. The second is clearing the jellies at the top where the bombs drop. These jellies can be hard because there are often no candies in them so colourbombs don't work and you can't always rely on the fish to clear them especially if they are the only jellies left.
The fish will target both jellies and bombs and if they go for bombs it is usually the ones with the lowest countdown so they are very useful for clearing the bombs. They will clear jellies which don't have candies in them but not always so you can't rely on them 100% to clear the final jellies from those squares.
The best combos to use to clear level 4286 are stripe/wrap combos, especially if they are in a position to clear the top jellies and also hit one of the fishing floats at the same time. The more strip/wrap combos you can make the better, although a double colourbomb combo is very good too as it will hit the floats and clear jelly at the same time.

Level 4287 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect yellow candies and clear the jelly to complete the level.
The keys on the left side of the board will unlock a lucky candy dispenser on the right and to collect them just hit one of the lucky candies as they travel along the conveyor to turn it yellow, then wait until it gets to the left side and it will match with the key and the other yellow candies. This will unlock the second yellow key which you can either collect using a combo or wait until more lucky candies drop beside it and change them to yellows so that you can switch it.
Once the keys are collected there will be lucky candies dropping down the right side where you will be able to collect them.
You will need to make plenty of combos to clear the jelly and collect the yellows as you won't have enough moves to make matches between the lucky candies.

Level 4288 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect three ingredients to complete the level.
There are some stripes and wraps to help with this level, especially at the top where the keys are. You need to collect the keys at the top to unlock the ingredients. Use the wrapped candy to unlock and collect the first keys. While you are working on ways to collect the keys you should be clearing the blockers at the bottom of the board.
Look at the dispensers at each side of the board and try to get stripes dropping from there and these will move around the conveyor, eventually getting to the top of the board. Switch the stripes together to detonate the wrapped candy and collect the keys. This needs to be done a couple of times until the ingredients are released.
The ingredients will drop down onto the main part of the board one at a time so the quicker you can get them off the board the sooner the next one will drop.

Level 4289 Candy Crush Saga is a score level, you have to score 300,000 points to complete the level. This is a very high score on this small board and you will need a bit of luck as well as very careful playing to get this score.
When you begin to make moves you will get stripes dropping from the dispensers at the top, try to save the stripes until the wraps have dropped into the spaces on the left. Try not to destroy the wraps before they get to the end of the conveyors. The wrap on the top conveyor moves into the top space on the left and the one on the bottom conveyor moves to the bottom space.
Once the wraps are in position hit them with the stripe, but make sure that there are keys in line with the stripe on the left so that they are collected. The first time you hit the wraps and stripe you will get keys but the second time you may have to wait a couple of moves until the keys are in position. Once the keys are collected it is much easier to make special candies and combos as the final key in the right section will be unlocked to open up the board a bit.
You will need colourbombs to get the score needed and you need to use them on as many bombs as you can, the stripes and wraps are unlikely to give enough points, so keep looking for chances to make colourbombs. This gets easier once the keys are collected.

Level 4290 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect 3 cherries and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
The first priority is to collect the two keys that are on the board at the start of the game. One key is in the bottom right and the other is top left, they are both covered in marmalade.
If you can unlock the marmalade from the top key in the first move do it, then move down to the bottom right section and clear the key there if you can. Making moves in the bottom right will bring candies down into the top left and with luck this will collect the second key. Once the first two keys are collected you will have collected two of the ingredients and the third will travel down the middle column once the waffles are unlocked and cleared. You must collect the keys as quickly as possible to give you enough moves to finish clearing the jelly and collect the final ingredient.
As you collect the keys you will see that there are double wrap combos in the bottom left and top right sections, you can switch these together as they are unlocked to clear those sections. However if you can safely save the top right combo until the remaining keys are collected it will help to clear some of the waffles once they are unlocked. This is not important though as you should be able to clear the waffles using the combos from the dispenser.
Make moves under the dispenser above the waffles to bring down stripes and stripe/wrap combos to finish clearing the jelly.

Level 4291 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect wrapped candies and clear the jelly to complete the level.
I doubt that this level is possible without boosters so if you have any to start with it may be worth using a colourbomb and a stripe and wrap. Or if you can get two colourbombs together that will also give you a start. The best start, I think, is a colourbomb/wrap combo as this will give you quite a few of the wraps to start with although it will not help with clearing the waffles and getting the stripes dropping.
Make moves in either the to or the bottom sections to get the stripes dropping and use these to clear the waffles, especially the ones top right. At some stage it will be helpful to clear the waffles bottom left too so you can hit the three popcorns with stripes. There is jelly under the popcorns so they have to be cleared.
To begin with use the stripes from the top to clear the waffles in the middle and get the lucky candies dropping, these can also be hit with stripes and eventually they will turn into wraps and explode, growing the popcorn at the same time.
It isn't easy to make colourbombs although it is possible, and switching one with a stripe or a wrap will help to clear the jelly. Switch a colourbomb with a stripe if you need to clear the popcorns or a wrap if you need a lot to fill the orders.

Level 4292 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level and all the cherries are on the board at the start of the game.
The cherries have to drop through the portals onto the main part of the board, but the portals are blocked by the popcorns at the top. So to collect the cherries you need to clear the popcorns.
Use vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos to grow the popcorns and at the same time you need to be clearing the chocolate at the bottom of the board. If you release the cherries before the chocolate is cleared they will not be able to exit the board and will block up your moves.
Once the cherries have left the board they will be followed by licorice which will also block your moves. Keep the licorice under control so that you can use combos on the rest of the popcorns.

Level 4293 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect all the blockers to complete the level.
First make moves in the top right section and if you can make a stripe better still. You need to get stripes or wraps onto the conveyor at the top and let them travel along and down to the bottom left. Once they get to the bottom left you can switch them with the stripes that are already there to clear the blockers top left. Clearing the blockers top left will allow wrapped candies to drop and these will drop down into the bottom right section where they will clear the blockers when hit with combos from the bottom left.
I hope all that makes sense! Keep making stripes and wraps top right and try to let them move down the conveyor, there is no point trying to clear the licorice to get to the blockers from above, you won't be able to hit them enough to keep them clear.
Think carefully about which stripe to switch with at the bottom to clear the maximum number of blockers.

Level 4294 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the cherries and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
You don't need to worry too much about collecting the cherries, they will be collected fairly easily as you work on clearing the jelly.
All the jelly is in the two side sections under the licorice and this is what makes this level a bit tricky. The bombs need clearing before they count down, but if the bombs count down to zero and you haven't cleared the jelly you weren't going to pass anyway as the bombs have a fairly long countdown.
You need to try to make double wrap combos and stripe/wrap combos to break through the licorice and get to the jelly and if you do this the bombs will be cleared anyway and the cherries will be collected.
Clear the middle so that you get candies dropping through to the bottom and then it gets a bit easier to make the combos needed, colourbomb combos are also useful whether switched with a stripe or a wrap, or even each other.
